Are you busy and don’t have the time or energy to plan and prepare quality meals? Do you make unhealthy food choices because of convenience? Do you have a dietary need that has made your eating boring or unappetizing? Meals by Alli  has designed a healthy meal delivery service just for you.  It makes eating healthy, balanced gourmet meals an easy everyday decision. 

The Process

  • Introduction:  Prior to ordering please fill out the  new client questionnaire.  This will include basic questions about your health goals, specific dietary needs, allergies and food preferences.  I know that life changes from one week to the next and so can your meal package. There are no contracts or mandatory orders when working with Meals by Alli.
  • Weekly Menu & Meal Choice: The menu for the week will be emailed out the Thursday prior to delivery.  After reviewing, fill out online ordering form by Saturday with your food selections for the following week. Note: Late orders, after Sunday morning, can be made depending on ingredient supply but will be charged a late order fee of $20.
  • Food Delivery: Food can be delivered to your home or office and can also be left in a cooler or your refrigerator, if you are unavailable. Food will be delivered once a week on Mondays in the Central Austin Area. Additional delivery days and areas may be available for an additional charge. Please contact me for more specifics.

What's a Fit Meal?

Family style, portions of protein, vegetables, complex carbs (optional) and seasonal salad or soup. Each menu item is meant to be mixed & matched. EX: Roasted Chicken - can be eaten on top of salad, thrown in soup, or paired with veggies. The items go together but are simpler & give the client a wider range of dining options.
